Primus
Associates is an executive search firm for the high-technology
sector. Founded in 1996 by Sam Gassett and based in Austin,
Texas, Primus works with Fortune 500 corporations , mid-range,
and emerging companies in the technology sector. Our clients
know that our recruiting efforts are very specific and targeted.
We identify target companies from which to recruit, contact
individuals working in those firms with the experience required,
and entice them to interview with our client firm. We do not
recruit via postings or job boards, though those are good sources
for other types of recruiting. Our typical client does not want
to advertise (either internally or externally) that the role
is open.
